- Preserved the existing dry creek bed above
- Built a natural flagstone patio and overlook
- Redesigned the hillside and set 4×5-ft boulders with a mini-excavator
- Installed mature 9-ft pines on a premium drip irrigation system
- Diagnosed, redesigned, and corrected the existing irrigation
